I am currently in New York, but felt confident about the details of the sale, because I trusted Myriam was looking out for me. Myriam is excellent in her people skills. She was honest and realistic about guiding me, whenever I asked, regarding the details of selling this house in a buyers market, in particular, a difficult situation since I moved away from El Paso since 2016. I have already recommended Myriam to a friend who is thinking of listing her house in the next few months.

Following her pricing recommendations, I believe we sold the property for 10-15% more than we would have if we had gone with the other realtors we considered. Myriam worked well with potential buyers of our property, and with our current tenants. People feel at ease with her and trust her. She has excellent communication skills, and communications with her are always timely. Additionally, she is bilingual, a capability that served her well in this sale. The sale of our property was a success. We attribute this to Myriam and highly recommend her.
