Knowledge, Experience, and Hard Work are priceless. My name is Nancy Conley and I'm a Florida native. I am so grateful to be born and raised in Tampa. I grew up in South Tampa to hardworking parents who taught me that anything is possible if you are willing to work hard for it. They moved to Florida from New England in 1947 to start a family. My father's military friends told him Tampa was the place to be. I have to agree. To this day, every time I drive over a bridge or am out boating, I thank my parents for raising me in Florida!
I love everything about Florida from the weather, the water, our beautiful beaches, the BUCS, Bolts, and the Rays, and did I mention the sunny weather? I've been a beach lover since I was a toddler. I've always had the desire to be close to or on the water. It makes me happy and is good for my soul. I moved to Apollo Beach in 1984 to marry, raise a family and enjoy the waterfront lifestyle. We enjoyed living in the community and soon became boaters exploring the locale by boat with family and friends.
After years of corporate life at USF, Hewlett-Packard, Delta Environmental Consultants, and a few others, I set a goal to obtain my FL Real Estate license and start my own business. My close friends said I would be a natural in real estate sales. I joined C21Beggins as a full-time Realtor in 2006. I decided to specialize in waterfront homes as I had a thorough understanding of the waterways, Tampa Bay, and boating. Selling waterfront is unique depending on the type and size of boat, knowing the bridge locations and canal depths. I also enjoy assisting buyers and sellers in many areas of real estate in the Tampa Bay areas including but not limited to Brandon, Riverview, Ruskin, Wimauma, and Lithia.
My knowledge and expertise in the complex real estate market have been the keys to my success. My personal satisfaction received by helping people obtain their goals, whether buying or selling homes, makes me truly enjoy what I do. Getting back to the work values of my parents, I continue to work very hard for my clients to ensure they have the best experience possible. Buying or selling a home is a major undertaking in this market and can be trying at times, so you need an experienced, full-time, dedicated agent who will counsel you along the way and work hard for you in all aspects of the sale.

Buyer reviewI am a native Floridian who moved to California 20 years ago, but always knew I was coming back. Two years ago, while visiting Florida, I drove onto Apollo Beach Blvd., turned down Sable Palm, saw Nancy Conly's name on a sign, called her and one hour later she was showing me homes. Over two days she showed me about 12 homes. I did not buy at that time, but we kept in touch for the next two years. This April (2018), when it came time to buy - I could have NEVER pulled it off without Nancy. I was still in California, and she had to not only go to the houses on the initial walkthroughs, but also had to act in my stead for the home inspections. She knew exactly who to call for both the home and the seawall inspections and walked me through everything on each of the reports to make sure I understood them exactly. She advised me on the type of contract to write, the subtleties that go into obtaining flood and home owners insurance in a high-wind threat flood zone, and lined up the finance company. The team of professionals she works with made the process FLAWLESS. What an amazing team they are. Throughout the process there was a high degree of confidence and trust in her, so much so, that there was no need to make the trip in person before the purchase. I can never thank Nancy Conley and team of financers and inspectors enough for all they did - and because of that I am now an Apollo Beach resident - living my dream - oh ... and still jumping up and down !!
