My husband and I have been Lake of Egypt residents since 1970 and truly enjoy the area. We are members of Lake of Egypt Christian Church & local Property Owners Associations. Past owners of Tony's Steak House in Marion, I now enjoy my career as a Realtor at our company's Lake of Egypt Office. Seller reviewNancy was always polite, cordial and easily accessible. She answered all the questions I had and was extremely knowledgeable about how to sell the off lake lots, which are often times extremely difficult to sell. She was awesome!

Buyer reviewOur previous home was purchased through Nancy Cranston. Our past experience with her went very well. She is very knowledgeable of the area. She listens to what we say when we tell her what we are looking for and doesn't waste our time showing us properties that don't fit our needs. She knows a lot about the properties and if we ask a question that she doesn't have an immediate answer for she is quick to get a response for us. Nancy is truly a professional. She exhibits high attention to detail so we are completely confident that things are going to be done correctly. There were some issues with the title company not wanting to give us copies of documents that we signed at closing. Nancy stepped in and resolved the issue. There are not enough nice things I can say about Nancy. If she didn't answer the phone when I called her, she always called back promptly. That is a VERY important quality to me. She is always very pleasant, professional and courteous. She explains everything thoroughly and clearly. Nancy is a very hard worker. Our experience with Nancy couldn't have been better. Nancy will go out of her way to make things run smoothly and make the entire selling/buying experience, which can get frustrating, very pleasant.
