Personal Profile
Nancy Glaza started her career in 1989 at Hollister Realtors. She has been Bay County's top sales agent ever since she started. In 2006 she got her brokers license and took over Hollister Realtors as the owner until 2008. In mid 2008, she merged Hollister Realtors with Top Producers Real Estate as a Partner Broker until 2017 when she joined Century 21 Signature Realty as an Associate Broker. Nancy serves as the 2022 President of the Bay County Board of Realtors. Nancy has a degree in accounting and holds several real estate designations such as an Associated Broker License, Accredited Buyer Broker (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and e-PRO Certification. She also serves on three advisory committees at the Bay Arenac Career Center and is currently the Treasurer for Bay County Habitat. Living in Hampton Township all her life, Nancy has a great understanding of Bay County and the surrounding areas. Nancy has been married to her husband Bill for over 40 years and they have a daughter as well as two grandchildren.

Seller reviewMy friend in Essexville new Nancy Glaza and highly recommended her to help me in the sale of the house. I had never bought or sold a house (or dealt with any agent/broker) and Nancy was very patient with me. Kept me posted on progress and what to expect during the sale process. Very greatful that Nancy was there to help me. The house was being rented and the tenant asked me if I would be willing to sell the house to him. My friend recommended Nancy and she was able to "get the ball rolling". Since I live in California, I trusted Nancy to do what was necessary to sell the house. Extremely grateful. Treated me good! Very happy!

She also helped us find a home we signed a purchase agreement on May 27. 2022 Her awards and knowledge of the Bay County area, attention to what you are looking for in a home is what led us to choose her as our agent for purchasing a home and selling a home. Nancy's attention to detail is excellent! Her appraisal of our home compared to similar homes was spot on. The inspection was no hassle, negotiating was no problem. Nancy did a great job!
