Personal Profile
Nancy Glaza started her career in 1989 at Hollister Realtors. She has been Bay County's top sales agent ever since she started. In 2006 she got her brokers license and took over Hollister Realtors as the owner until 2008. In mid 2008, she merged Hollister Realtors with Top Producers Real Estate as a Partner Broker until 2017 when she joined Century 21 Signature Realty as an Associate Broker. Nancy serves as the 2022 President of the Bay County Board of Realtors. Nancy has a degree in accounting and holds several real estate designations such as an Associated Broker License, Accredited Buyer Broker (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and e-PRO Certification. She also serves on three advisory committees at the Bay Arenac Career Center and is currently the Treasurer for Bay County Habitat. Living in Hampton Township all her life, Nancy has a great understanding of Bay County and the surrounding areas. Nancy has been married to her husband Bill for over 40 years and they have a daughter as well as two grandchildren.

This was my first experience in selling a house,a house that I lived in for my entire life.Nancy took me through the process step by step,arranged for someone to come in & give the house a good cleaning and made the experience a very satisfying one. Nancy made me feel like a friend instead of a client.If she got held up in traffic,she called to let me know.when the buyer wanted to take measurements,she came &; provided moral support.She answered my e-mails quickly. I firmly believe it was because of Nancy's experience in the real estate business that I was able to sell my house so quickly & at a fair price.My only regret is that she had to split her commission with the buyer's broker.Because I was able to sell my house so quickly,I can now enjoy my new apartment and not worry about maintaining 2 homes.For that reason alone,I will be eternally grateful to Nancy Glaza.
