Although Nancy has retired from 31 years of teaching at a local school, she remains dedicated to serving her life-long community with their real estate needs.

Buyer reviewNancy Tate first showed me the house "just for fun,' but knowing that she still willingly and happily made an appointment and showed it to me. It wasn't for several weeks that I decided that I wanted to purchase the house and move to Texarkana. When I called her she quickly got a contract to me long distance and we slid an offer in right before another came in. She walked me through every step until closing and was very helpful in making suggestions of things to do that I had not even thought of. She was a delight from bid to closing and very knowledgeable of the process. I recommend her to anyone looking for a home in Texarkana as did my daughter after using Nancy for the purchase of their home.

Actually, the sale was made while she was on vacation and without her, it might not have happened. It was also with a co-workers help.
