Having lived in Marlborough for the last 42 years, I am very familiar with Marlborough and surrounding areas and have watched these areas grow and become home to others to enjoy as much as I have. Buyer reviewNancy Weiner is a full time realtor. She always picked up my calls at any time during the day and was able to work around my work schedual to show me homes. She sold my home and when I was ready to buy years later she found my new home. I had some specific things I was looking for in a house and she didn't waste my time sending homes that didn't have those things. Nancy has lots of local knowlage when it comes to the area I was looking in and knew who to call when we needed info. During the closing process, after her job was offically done, I had some issues pop up that she helped me out with immensely. She kept things moving along and got me in to my home. Her help with everything was invaluable.

Nancy is very good at establishing rapport and trust quickly. Nancy did a great job keeping me informed throughout the entire process. Her phone calls, emails and texts were a wealth of information that helped me make decisions and understand what was expected of me. She was usually available when I had a question. If not available, she would get back to me quickly. She is a responsible, dependable and trustworthy agent. Once Nancy knew what we were looking for she continuously went above and beyond helping us find our forever home. On the days where we wanted to give up, she helped keep us motivated. When we had questions Nancy was always available by phone or email. There were many houses we looked at that were "not for us" but she never gave her input or opinion unless asked. She is very friendly and knowledgeable and her guidance made all the difference in our overall experience. We truly can't say enough about Nancy, we wouldn't be where we are now if it weren't for her.
