Seller reviewNatalie Gunn did an amazing job of selling our home. We initially contacted her to try to rent my home because I was unsuccessful with another agent when we were trying to sell it. After our conversation with Natalie, we decided to put it back on the market with her as our representative and immediately got positive inquiries once the home went back on the market. In about two weeks we had a ratified contract and within another two weeks we were closing. Natalie worked very hard for us and addressed all our needs. She did in two weeks what my previous representative couldn't do in the 86 days that our property was initially on the market. I would recommend and will recommend Natalie to all of my friends and colleagues in the future.

Natalie gave phenomenal recommendations, listened to our needs and requirements, went to every house providing us video tours. This being our first home purchase she walked us through the entire process and negotiated a phenomenal deal for our family. Being overseas and purchasing a house without being able to physically enter the space prior to moving Natalie has a warm personality and listened to our needs to establish a strong trust with my wife and I. Dealing with a 14 hour time difference Natalie exceeded our communication expectations and was always there to answer any and every question we had.
