She gave great advice for submitting an offer during this crazy market and after 3 offers and only 10 days we had a house! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to rent, buy, or sell!!! She looks out for her clients best interests and really goes the extra mile-including responding to messages during odd hours and driving by houses to give us a feel for the neighborhood since we were 5 hours away! #NatalieGunnGOTitDone for us!

After looking at a few houses, we realized that our budget didn't match what we wanted. So, we did increase our number. During this process, my wife found a new construction house since most people were outbidding us and going way over home values. Natalie gave great advice on how to proceed with each property, listened to our concerns and need, and was also extremely responsive. My wife would text or call at very odd hours and Natalie would always respond very quickly. So, we are grateful for the help. Thanks again.

Seller reviewWe had worked with Natalie Gunn previously, and had no qualms about listing our rental house with her when it came time to sell. Due to Covid, we could not travel to do anything related to selling the house and after two years as a rental, it needed some love. Natalie arranged for minor renovations to be completed, prepped our rental house for market, kept us in the loop during the entire process of marketing and offers through phone calls, emails and texts, emailed us documents in a timely manner and always responded to questions quickly and professionally. Natalie went far above and beyond, we are very pleased with the outcome, Our house looked amazing, and we closed quickly at over asking price. But since day one Natalie has been patient, flexible, knowledgeable, fun, honest, and above all a true professional. She put things into perspective and kept me on budget. She knew what I wanted and would go above and beyond such as last minute schedule changes and going to see more than what was planned. She taught me a lot when looking at houses such as details on the roof, sump pump, HVAC units etc. Overall it was a great experience and I will continue to recommend her to my friends. She isn't afraid to voice her opinions and her professional advice. Which I needed to hear at times that I felt I needed a honest assessment in moving forward with an offer.
