There is never a hint of falsehoods, inconsistent promises, or misleading statements. Her credibility is proven when she sits across the table, grinning, as you sign for your new home. Natalie's laughter is infectious, her demeanor never without humor, and her ability to make us feel comfortable made purchasing our first home less stressful. Throughout the entire process, Natalie's professionalism and transparency were above expectation. We could not have had a better agent representing our interest, money, and time; she was not wasteful with either. She exudes confidence, which provides a sense of ease in the home buying process. Seller reviewWe had worked with Natalie Gunn previously, and had no qualms about listing our rental house with her when it came time to sell. Due to Covid, we could not travel to do anything related to selling the house and after two years as a rental, it needed some love. Natalie arranged for minor renovations to be completed, prepped our rental house for market, kept us in the loop during the entire process of marketing and offers through phone calls, emails and texts, emailed us documents in a timely manner and always responded to questions quickly and professionally. Natalie went far above and beyond, we are very pleased with the outcome, Our house looked amazing, and we closed quickly at over asking price. She answered any and all questions we had, no matter how crazy they may have been or what time of day we asked. We are a military family and were on a time crunch PLUS we had COVID-19 to add to the mix. Natalie truly cares about her clients and made our selling process seamless and stress free for us. But since day one Natalie has been patient, flexible, knowledgeable, fun, honest, and above all a true professional. She put things into perspective and kept me on budget. She knew what I wanted and would go above and beyond such as last minute schedule changes and going to see more than what was planned. She taught me a lot when looking at houses such as details on the roof, sump pump, HVAC units etc. Overall it was a great experience and I will continue to recommend her to my friends. She isn't afraid to voice her opinions and her professional advice. Which I needed to hear at times that I felt I needed a honest assessment in moving forward with an offer.
