As a 20 year resident of Volusia County, I have extensive knowledge of our local communities. I work hard for my clients to ensure the Buying/Selling process is as seamless as possible. I listen and communicate well, so that I can fully meet your goals. I have found that by using this approach, I am able to exceed the goals my clients' set forth. I was born and raised in Florida and have the knowledge of this area and surrounding communities; including public and private schools, hospitals, clubs, local activities, eateries, shopping and attractions. I am an alumni of Bethune-Cookman University and I am a member of The Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors, the Real Estate Staging Association and the National Association of Realtors. I hold the Senior Real Estate Specialist designation (SRES) and the Accredited Buyers Representative designation (ABR). My hobbies include interior design, reading, shopping and traveling. However, what I enjoy most is spending time with my hubby and 3 children! I am proud to be a Real Estate Consultant with Century 21 Sundance, a family owned and family oriented company, that has been a constant in our community since 1995. From the first moment I met Neshia Oglesby she made this property search and ultimate purchase BY FAR the most pleasant and simple of my life! I can't thank her enough for making everything go so smoothly. As a real estate professional she was highly knowledgeable, reflecting her obvious experience in this market. I was very grateful that she shared all that with me as I was completely uninformed about Daytona Beach and condos. At every step she listened carefully to me and perceived my desires so accurately that at the end of the first day together she spent hours of her own time searching out places that met my desires. As I was only in town for a few days I so much appreciated Neshia's always cheerfully going the extra mile for me with her time, her wise judgment, and even after I left town, her thoughtfulness in ensuring at her own expense that a leaky faucet found on inspection was repaired to avoid a possible problem when we had the water turned on.
