Seller reviewSInce I bought the house 18 years ago through Nicholas, I knew of his integrity and knowledge. Those two criteria alone told me he was the right agent for us. Class A act all the way! I can only hope to have to buy/sell property in the area where Nicholas works again! We have bought and sold property in multiple states as a military family. We've had other property managers as well. Nicholas is the Gold standard that I compare all other agents to. If they come close to being like Nicholas, I'm willing to consider working with them.
