Buyer reviewMy husband and I spent several months searching for the perfect spot to place a cabin for our retirement in Kentucky. We drove from one end of the state to the other, only to discover that every one of our choices had been taken within days of our arrival. The last missed opportunity was listed by Nichole Bingham. When she told us that the property had a pending contract, rather than simply apologizing for our misfortune, she asked questions about what we had in mind and directed us to the property we eventually purchased. She was spot on when she told us we would absolutely love the property! Throughout the purchasing process, she was patient, personable, and professional. She was always quick to return our calls and helped us get everything done in a timely manner, even though we were conducting business long-distance. We feel extremely blessed to have had Nichole's help in making our retirement dreams come true!
