Buyer reviewBeing an out of state buyer it was very important to have someone local who had all the contacts that I needed in order to purchase a property and could mange the process. Nichole Bingham made it very easy to purchase a property being out of state. She had all the contacts that I needed and it made the process very easy and efficient. Nichole was always accessible and was quick to respond by phone, email and text. Whatever your preferred communication method, she can accommodate you.

Seller reviewAt first, when I met Nicole, I thought she is just a baby. She looked so young and I thought she wouldn't be able to handle the sale. But, I was so wrong. She is very professional and knows her job. If I ever have any land or property issues, I will definately look for Nicole Bingham. I truly appreciate all that you have done for me. And in my own words, being myself she is the" bomb a$$ diggitty"!!!!! I hope no offense was taken by anyone, but that is truly how I feel. Century 21, you have a wonderful employee. Treat her right!!!

Which I really do appreciate not everyone should do that for you. The staff was extremely friendly to me. Nichole to me went beyond what she should have done. Nichole made sure that I had all I need to get moved into my also even to help me if I needed her to. You don't see that in a lot of people today that will go the extra for you.
