Buyer reviewBeing from Illinois we had no idea about anything or anybody just what we saw online, we called about 3 to 4 months before and talked to Nichole and was very impressed but for some reason lost contact, closer to the time of needing to buy a property we contacted her again and from that moment was very impressed with her ability to find the right home in the right price range, Good job Nichole!!! Couldn't of went any better in our opinion she made working on this a very peaceful and professional experience!!! Everything was very smooth, if we had any questions they were quickly answered! We will always contact Nichole if and when we may need anymore help in purchasing or selling in the future, Thanks very much Nichole Bingham and the rest of the staff at Century 21 in Somerset Ky.

Seller reviewNichole Bingham came to the house and was very positive and knowledgeable, she asked for the listing and I was impressed with her right from the start Nichole sold our home twice when the first one fell through. She got all this done before we lost the home we wanted to buy. She did an excellent job on keeping things going Nichole stayed positive through the process even though there were a few issues that came up. She was amazing I will always use your services from now on! I have delt with other agents before and never have had such a positive experience ad I did here!
