Nick Demaegd was fantastic. In a difficult market and time especially as a buyer he made sure we got the home we wanted, and was able to arrange a virtual showing as we were moving from out of state. Was spot on in his assessment of what the winning bid would have to be and made sure we did not over bid (and got our offer together in just 24 hours!) Was phenomenal in arranging timely inspections and working with my out of state lender after purchase was agreed. Fantastic all the way through to closing. Did an absolutely fantastic job. Would highly recommend him to anyone in the South Bend area.
