Seller reviewI decided to sell my property due to some issues I had with the management company that managed the house rental. I approached Nick Demaegd when the situation was a mess ... I didn't have access to the house, didn't know the house maintenance situation, I had tax debt to the county and I received very low offer to buy the house from my previous management company. Nick was very professional, efficient and patient, he helped solve the issues one by one and suggested a pricing strategy that eventually closed a deal really fast and at a price that was above my expectations.
