My wife and I were first time home buyers and he made the entire process so simple. He also has the patience of a saint. We were very picky in what we were looking for and changed our minds on multiple occasions. He went above and beyond. In a market where he is dealing with many clients at a time, he still makes you feel like you are his top priority. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

He even began to recognize our needs when it came to finding a house so he would help save us some time by letting us know ahead of time if the house was lacking a necessity we wanted in a house. With a 3 year old, this was much appreciated! I would highly recommend Nick! He was also very attentive and was always available when we needed to get in contact or see a house.
