He has built an impressive track record in NE Wisconsin real estate over the past few years and so we chose him to be our buyers agent to help us buy a condo in downtown GB 3 years ago. Given how well that experience went, it wasn't even a question who we were going with when it came time to sell this year. Nick helped us evaluate the market price for our condo as the market had been strengthening recently and in the end, we were received two above list offers and sold the unit for what we believe is the highest sale price in the history of the building.
