Buyer reviewWe had one offer fall through because the home inspection brought up major issues but I felt that Nick was more concerned with finding the right house and not making a quick commission. He was foldable with showing us houses and prompt in communication. The money that we got at closing because of the veterans appreciation program was a huge added bonus. I would not consider using another agent in the future...nick did an A+ job.

Buyer reviewWe could not have asked for a better person/agent to help us find our first home! Nick was everything that someone looks for in an agent. He is very knowledgeable about the area and market, takes the time to listen to and find exactly what you are looking for and most of all is very responsive and timely. The home we ended up buying was listed for 10 minutes before Nick called and said he found a great fit for us, we saw the house and closed on it the very next day. Even after closing Nick has checked in on us and made sure we loved everything about the house and that there were no issues. Not only is he a great agent but a great guy that anyone could relate to and trust.
