I loved how Nick always acknowledged any and every question I may have had. He has gone above and beyond in my eyes. I had poor experience prior to Nick. Nick showed me his love for his business and clients. I would definitely recommend Nick Nelson.

Nick Nelson was a very helpful person and patient. He was the only agent we met that was willing to not judge us by our names, background ethnic, and appearance. Other Agents in the Fox cities and Fond Du Lac area were not helpful at all and judged us. With out Nicks help I don't know if we would have gotten a house here in WI. One of the best sales guy I've met in a long time!

Prior to meeting Nick we had spent around seven months looking for our new home in the Fox Valley area. We had even considered building new construction due to our frustration with the market at the time. We were introduced to Nick through a friend who was a client of his. He had helped them find their home and they had nothing but good things to say about him. We didn't have to think too long about reaching out to him and within three weeks we found our new home and made an offer. The key to any success is understanding the problem and communication. Nick listened to our concerns, our long list of "wants", our frustrations and our style. He took this information and hit the ground running. Never did we look at one bad house and when our new home came on the market Nick was persistent and adamant that we get into the house and take a look. We're both glad he stuck with us and persuaded us to walk through the house because we made an offer that very day. Throughout the process, of finding a home to closing, Nick was on top of things and was always communicating with us. If we could clone Nick we would so we'd have a "Nick" on all ends of the process (agent, broker, loan officer, etc.). Besides the business aspect of the process Nick's personality and attitude was a breath of fresh air. It was extremely easy for us to express our opinions and to discuss possible options at each house we looked at. Again, there wasn't one moment of doubt we had during the entire time we spent with Nick. The man is a hard worker! To family, friends, or anyone reading this: we strongly and gladly recommend Nick Nelson.

Nick came to an open house i was doing by myself (trying to sell our 1st home on our own) he gave me great feedback when he came, and later that night i talked with my husband and we decided to let nick sell our house. He did an amazing job with the open houses, and the feedback he gave us. he is very professional but also got right to the point no sugar coating it which is great. He addressed any concern we had and with us now waiting for our house to be complete he is also working with the contractors to make sure we are on schedule to close. It was like he was one of our long lost friends, is the attitude he had which is why it was so easy to talk and address any concerns we had. we didnt feel like he was better than us or knew it all so to speak. I would defiantly recommend nick to anyone of my friends or family that would be in the market to buy or sell their home!
