My family and I were quickly outgrowing our home. We knew we wanted to stay in Little Chute but knew the housing market in the area was fierce and very competitive. Nick was up for the challenge and jumped to action when we expressed interest in selling our home and purchasing a new one. He knew we had to move quickly. He was helpful and suggested homes that met our criteria when they listed and promptly set appointments to tour them when the timing worked into our busy, sports-filled schedule. The process went so smoothly we found the house we wanted in less than a few weeks. We put ours on the market and had an offer in less than 24 hours. I attribute the success of our sale and purchase to Nick's guidance, his knowledge of the market, and his attention to making sure the home selling and purchase process was quick and seamless. Nick was great in the home buying process. I don't give realtors enough credit for what they do but this time, Nick was great and definitely worked hard for us. We had a very unfortunate circumstance in our accepted offer process, that lead to earnest money issues and title hold issues. A situation that both parties claimed they haven't seen before in their many years of service on both buying and selling ends. Nevertheless, the issue once brought to Nicks attention was handled and delt with quick and professionally to get us back on track to close on time. I would recommend Nick Nelson at Century 21 to anyone wanting help in the home selling or buying processes any day of the week.

Nick Nelson is a great real estate agent. He is very communicative (quick to respond and thorough) and has great attention to detail. He made a difficult transaction (a long distance move) seem easy. He went above and beyond our expectations, scheduling and hosting numerous showings during the limited time we were in town and keeping us informed on the status of the market throughout the process. He provided a video tour of the house we ended up purchasing when we were unable to appear in person. He was knowledgeable of market value and drafted a very competitive offer that allowed us to beat numerous other offers. I would strongly recommend working with Nick Nelson and look forward to working with him again.
