Nick sold me the house that we just sold. He was great to work with the first time and just as good to work with the second time. While going through a divorce, Nick was extremely helpful in making sure that all the paperwork was taken care of so I could focus on cleaning up the house and moving. Nick is always a pleasure to work with and I will continue using him in the future. Thanks for all your help Nick!

Nick Nelson never pressured me to go higher on bids even knowing this housing market more or less required it to win. I respect that he took the time to write my offers even if they were not going to have a really high chance of being the winning bid. After a few months, I got a place at the price I wanted. I feel like a lot of other agents would have pressured me to bid higher, and tried to close me into a deal quickly. That's why I plan to use Nick whenever I need to buy or sell real estate.

From first contact Nick Nelson made us feel like we were his top priority. He took time to hear exactly what we were looking for and get to know a little bit about us. He was very quick to pick up on our likes and dislikes, even those we couldn't quite put into words. Nick was exceptionally diligent in keeping up on new listings he thought we'd be interested in. More often than not we liked the the homes he wanted to show us better than the ones we thought we'd like. He was an all around expert. He made the entire process smooth from start to finish. As first time home buyers we never once felt overwhelmed or underprepared because of Nick's guidance and knowledge. He was available and willing to work around my long hours at work. He was great with the kids and a joy to work with. I would highly recommend working with Nick Nelson and would definitely work with him again myself.
