Nick always was there and willing to do whatever it took to meet our needs and then some, we had a hard time getting to find our new home, but with Nick's help we made it. I would recommend Nick to anyone that was looking to buy, he was great.

In a previous first meeting with Nick Stoppper, we were very much impressed with his knowledge of the area we were interested in. He was attentive to our thoughts on area and price range. He showed us several houses we thought we might like, and some he thought we might like. He had 2 houses he wanted to show us and 1 more that had just come on the market. After we saw the one that had just come on the market we decided to buy it. Nick made the negotiations`for us, with us very satisfied right up to the closing. Nick could not have done more to find the house we wanted, the purchasing, and the closing. Nick was a gentleman in his dealings with us and the owners (some of which incidentally, were very difficult to deal with on several levels). I would, and have, recommended Nick and his firm Nick Stopper and Associates to others, and will continue to do so. We feel we couldn't have found a better realtor to look after our best interest and to make everything as painless as possible for us. We also feel like we have made a new friend. Nick Stopper arranged our visits to properties to fit our, and owners time frame. He was well versed on the properties he showed us, right down to previous year taxes, year built, and any permits pulled for additions or remodeling. In every way, Nick could not have been a better realtor. You should use him to train other realtors. He always came with complete knowledge of the property he was showing.

Nick is an outstanding realtor. He was able to orchestrate a pair of successful closings within a week of Hurricane Florence wreaking havoc in the area. He kept us apprised of all situations and accomplished everything we asked. We can be demanding ex-NYers sometimes and Nick always maintained a smile. WE would highly recommend Nick in a heatbeat, if asked.

Nick Stopper is an outstanding realtor. He went out of his way to make sure the sale of our house went very smoothly. He is very easy to reach even after business hours and on weekends.
