He made sure that everything was in order before closing. We really felt that he was looking out for us the entire time. He was a wonderful agent!

Fact of the matter is, Nick convinced me to go with a property which actually is a greater value and will serve/meet my needs for sometime to come. I purchased my first condo in Myrtle Beach through Nick in 2014, and when it came time to move-up, there was never any doubt Nick would be the Realtor to take me through the process. I can't think of a higher complement to pay, than to use the services of someone again. Once again, Nick exceeded even my furthest expectations and I am so glad I listened to him!
