Nick was referred to us by a family member and has stuck with us for a few years of indecisiveness in buying and selling our home. Nick Supik was fantastic. This real estate deal was small (under $25K purchase price) but extremely time consuming on Nick's part due to the fact that the home was a bank foreclosure. Nick called each Tuesday morning to update me on the status. He is available whenever I had questions. Finally, he is very knowledgeable of the real estate sales process in general and especially the intricacies of foreclosed real estate. Nick is great to work with, always congenial and upbeat. Everything that was within Nick's control went absolutely smoothly.
