We came to Nick to help us find our first home. He is extremely knowledgeable on the area/market and helped us with the entire process. Responsiveness was always quick, honest, and straightforward. We ended up finding a NEW BUILD in the price range we wanted to stick to in the perfect area -- all in less than two months. The closing process would have likely been a longer drawn-out process (as we'd never done it before), but he stayed in contact with all parties and helped keep in on track. I can't recommend Nick Vandergaast enough. He is extremely professional and polite. I know many people personally that have done business with Nick. He has lived in the area for several years and knows the area and market really well. I never had a problem contacting him and he always had recommendations for great people for repairs, cleaning, yard work, and inspections. I never felt pressured to make a decision I wasn't comfortable with. Overall, Nick made the house buying experience fun and quick. It only took a few weeks from the time we put an offer on the house and moving in. Because of the great service provided, I have already recommended Nick's services to friends.

Enough can't be said about how polite and professional Nick was through the entire process. This was our first time selling a home and we had many questions regarding the whole process. He was always very quick to respond to any questions we had. Nick made us feel very comfortable with the decisions we were making.
