Nicole Hemenway was amazing in every aspect. Kept us informed throughout process, answered all our questions, and was very prompt. Professional yet very friendly and easy going. Perfect! My husband is in a wheelchair and viewing houses can be really difficult as most are inaccessible. Nicole went above and beyond by giving him ability to view potential homes by helping me lift him up into inaccessible entryways. This allowed him to be a part of the experience like he deserved to be. We are endlessly thankful for her kindness, consideration, and willingness to accommodate our needs. We found our dream house and we are so glad Nicole was the one helping us with the process!!

It's reassuring when you're at closing and the title company and banker comment on how good your realtor is! Nicki went above and beyond our expectations to gather information about the property. She had creative ideas and noticed everything about the property that we missed. She has the perfect personality and way of presenting herself to make you feel 100% comfortable. When I ran into a glitch with my lender because of the HOA I was buying into she was able to provide me with the name of a new lender who went out of their way to provide me with quick and excellent service in a very timely manner. She would communicate with me every step of the way, was great on following up on everything needing to be done if things seemed to stall and kept me in the loop the entire time. I would recommend Nikki to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Eau Claire area. She knows her stuff and is very easy to work with.
