Buyer reviewNicole offered patience and answers with all my questions. She was well acquainted with all the staff at Estridge which allowed her to anticipate both my needs and theirs. She guided me through the process kindly and efficiently. Because I was so far away, she would sometimes cover Inspections for me and when it was time for walkthroughs, she had a great eye! She has a great deal of knowledge about the area, the workmen, the possible solutions that other residents have used, and the HOA. As a first time city dweller, I depended upon her a lot! I felt confident and comfortable with her by my side.

Seller reviewWhen it came to selling our home in Fishers, we knew we wanted to use Nicole again. She has expert knowledge of the Fishers area and more importantly the neighborhood we were selling in. After our family had relocated and the home was still on the market, Nicole went above and beyond by stopping into the home frequently to make sure everything was fine and there were no issues. During the inspection period Nicole dealt with all the workers and was very clear in her communication back to us. Trying to sell a home and stay on top of everything when you are 3,000 miles away is daunting but Nicole managed the listing and sale with professionalism and we would recommend her to anyone wanting a smooth home selling process.

Buyer reviewIf you could clone Nicole, you could put everyone else out of business! I can't think of a thing we would change about her - she never frustrated us, never let us down, and she even made herself available on her son's birthday and on her vacation. I think we both almost cried when the whole process was over because we won't be dealing with her until our next house! Actually, we'll have to find her for something important - the Japanese find this to be very important -- meishi (business cards) so when we run into someone looking to buy & sell, we can say, "run, do not walk(!) to your phone and call Nicole - you will NOT be disappointed!!" If you EVER let Nicole get away from you, it will be the beginning of the end of you - I don't think anyone can outperform who she is, what she stands for, or how well she conducts her business. Nicole, I know someone will clue you in to what I'm writing - you couldn't have made us any happier in the way you handled this entire procoess. Thanks! (phil) I'm not sure what else I could say beyond what I've said before now -- we never asked Nicole what she did before becoming an agent, but whatever it was, I'm sure she was good at it, but her calling certainly is with real estate. You'd almost get the impression she'd push a peanut on the road with her nose in a parade if it would help her clients -- I really don't know what more I can say than what I've said elsewhere in this survey - I will say I do not say the types of things I've said in this process unless I know and believe them to be true.
