I appreciate the value of real estate so much that I not only sell it but also invest in it. I have the drive to do the very best for my clients and the support of C21 Scheetz behind me. I know the importance of being a good listener and communicator, doing due diligence, being trustworthy, and treating everyone and everything with the utmost care. I bring those qualities all the way to the closing table. My love, excitement, and drive for what I am very privileged to do today comes from my varied life experiences. I have an enthusiasm for working with people to help them achieve their goals. I began my career in social work, and I have transferred those skills to real estate. Outside the office, I find my greatest joy with my family; we enjoy traveling, being outdoors, music, theater, and sports. I am extremely rewarded bythe volunteer work that I have done over the years, most recently as a budget coach with Habitat of Humanity for Boone County. For every sale, I donate 10% of my net professional fee to Habitat of Humanity Boone County in honor of my clients. Everyone deserves safe and affordable housing.

Buyer reviewI could have been assigned a random agent but after meeting Nicole, I really wanted to work with her. I picked the brokerage for the ability to work with Nicole I asked the relocation company to assign the brokerage so I could choose them. Nicole kept me on track, even when I as discouraged with the market and having lost several bids. She's a professional with a very personal touch. Nicole answered all of my questions in the utmost respectful way, even when I am sure they might be silly. She was reassuring. She nudged when decisions would need to be made by me. She was complimentary and shared in my excitement. All communications with the brokerage were wonderful. Nicole is just an amazing person and exceptional real estate agent. She always remained calm and collective, never pressured me, was alway s super supportive and patient when I would pivot on what I thought I wanted in a house vs. what I actually wanted. Nicole was great at decrypting that for me.

Buyer reviewWe just cannot say enough positively (and nothing negatively) about Nicole and how she helped us buy our new home. she was very attentive to our specific needs, preferences and medical restrictions etc., and finally found us a new build that had more than our boxes checked off! And how she handled the builder was as positive, professional and productive as possible! We ended up with a lower price, interest rate and more "included" options that we were not aware of. She guided us through this process with our concerns and getting them satisfied as her main concern. And when the curveballs came, she hit them out of the ballpark...especially the ones from the VP of Construction! You did a great job Nicole...Great Job!
