Seller reviewThis townhouse was a flip and it was critical that I sell it quickly because of the looming shut down for COVID-19. Nicolette got me a full price offer within 48 hours of the property hitting the market. Nicolette Schlegel jumped through hoops with the buyers agent, my attorney and the title company to pull this closing off in 10 days or I would've been sitting on this property through the shut down. It really was a miracle! I will definitely work with Nicolette again.
