Buyer reviewNoe went above and beyond and was a critical factor in the seller's acceptance of my contract because of her excellent communication and timeliness. Noe makes her clients a priority and makes herself available for all of the client's need. Noe is very easy to work with and was a huge help in communicating with all of the different parties (appraiser, inspector, seller, loan officer, etc.) involved in the sale.

Seller reviewIt was a great pleasure having Noe as our realtor. Living off-island created some challenges to selling our home but, Noe easily overcame all of them. This is our 3RD house sale. The 1st realtor was mediocre. Our 2nd realtor was w/Sotheby's International and superb and so was Noe. She provided the same level of services as one would expect from a realtor who deals with luxury homes.

After getting unfavorable responses to our targets from other agents, we made contact with Noe, who road out the storm, while supporting our goal, for a year., as the market came back. She was always thorough in her documentation and an excellent correspondent through the process.
