The process of buying and selling properties is long and dragged out, Noel keeps in contact, answers all questions you have, and supports you throughout the process.

We had a number of difficulties with our bank which was frustrating, but Noel was on top of everything and did everything that was needed (if if it was something she had already done once before but our bank misplaced it).
