Nona had to deal with several difficult situations that arose because of problems with the sale of our house in NM. Some of the time we had to do things over long distance, and other times we had to get things done in a hurry because we were only going to be in AR for a few days. She always had a solution to every problem and she was very reassuring to us that everything would work out. She was in constant contact with us even while she was on vacation. Nona was essential to our purchase here in AR. She was the one who overcame every difficulty with professionalism, kindness and good humor. I can't stress enough how wonderful Nona was as our Realtor. She was always there for us. I also have a lot of respect for her honesty and professionalism throughout the process. Nona demonstrated the highest ethics in Real Estate and showed that she really cared about everyone involved - us as buyers, the sellers, the title company people, herself, and even our realtors in NM and our buyer in NM. Nona knew everything to make the sales experience as easy as possible for us. She knew where the houses we wanted to see were located, she knew other houses that might interest us, she knew all the paperwork needed to submit our offer, she knew how to get our home inspection done while we were still in town and most importantly, Nona knew what paperwork was needed to get through the delays caused by the sale of our NM house. In addition to Nona's expertise, the staff at Century 21 was always attentive and responsive to our needs if Nona wasn't available. Specifically, Gary McKamey was very helpful and took us to see some houses when Nona wasn't able to. I would highly recommend Nona Burns and Century 21 for any real estate needs!
