I love the city of Las Vegas with all the restaurants, entertainment and GREAT weather, it leaves me not missing a thing! In my spare time, I enjoy taking my two goldendoodles, Cooper and Cody throughout the valley to dog parks and dog friendly restaurants. We also enjoy mini vacations to one of my favorite cities Laguna Beach, CA.

He is responsive, professional, and really listens to your needs and desires with home buying. Norman was always very timely in responding to questions with either text or email and frequently calls to plan and update your search needs. I was never in the dark with Norman, he always explained every step of the process and what it meant for me as a buyer. If you put your faith and trust in Norman Smith, he will help you find and purchase the perfect home for you. Norman is a great real estate agent but he can only be as good as the information you give him so please communicate. Be honest with yourself in your search and communicate that to Norman and you will have as great an experience as I have with him!!

He has a great attention to detail, and pointed things out we never would have noticed. As first-time home buyers, we needed a lot of things about the process explained to us and Norman was a wealth of information. When we hit snags during and after the home buying process, he rectified them quickly, even out of pocket to make the experience smoother for us. We are very grateful that he is so understanding and helped make buying our first home an experience to remember.

Buyer reviewNorman worked really well with my son, Randy who lives in Las Vegas and myself in Minnesota. He sent listings regularly, picked my son up and took him to many units that Randy wanted to see. Norman always honestly answered any questions from Randy or myself and always responded to our e-mails in a timely fashion. I felt he was always looking out for his client and not the commission. I didn't have much exposure to the broker as I did with the agent, Norman.
