Buyer reviewOctavia was well verse in her knowledge about home buying. She is courteous and friendly. Octavia pointed out aspects about house we were viewing I had missed. She spoke interesting I could understand. Octavia made me feel at ease. The whole process went smoothly given the two month window I had to purchase. Octavia was available all the time if I had questions and concerns. You have a gem of a realtor IMHO. Most excellent. I would recommend her to my friends and family. Good service. A very pleasant experience.
