I worked with Octavia briefly, she did everything in her power to help me, but I had some difficulties and had to put my house hunting on hold. I told her as soon as I was ready I wouldn't use anyone but her. When the time came, I did just that. In this sellers market we were getting crushed. I bid on 20 house. Poor Octavia wrote ever offer, took me to every house without complaint and positive vibes and encouraging words each time. I even exclaimed one time..I GIVE UP!!! OCTAVIA, I QUIT. IM JUST GOING TO RENT! Octavia, calm and reassuring, said. No Nicole. We got this. It's coming. It's your time. I said ok. 1 more! That's it. Octavia was right. She worked her magic and even in this marker gor me sellers assistance! Even the mortgage company was shocked! He said I have to tell people this! They will not believe this! Octavia is amazing. I said yes. Yes she is! I haven't given her, a shout out on social media yet because I have some personal things I'm dealing with but I have spread her name by word of mouth, because I want everyone buying a home to have the same experiences that I did. Minus the give up part, of course. Octavia is the best thing is the absolute best and I just love her

She protected my interests and made sure that I got back all the moneies I spent was returned in a timely manner. When I found the house that I finally purchased, Octavia provided caring and respectful service and looked out for my needs.
