Octavia was extremely professional and helpful throughout the entire process. She had an interested party the day that the property went on the market who actually turned out to be the buyer. Due to some issues with the inherited property, the process took a little longer before we could finalize the sale. Octavia was extremely helpful and an excellent communicator from day one until closing. There was no question that I asked that she could not answer. I strongly recommend her. You will not be disapointed.

It takes a lot to earn my trust, and Octavia did that with ease. We were buying in the middle of tough market (experiencing the effects COVID-19 had on the housing market). Octavia was always one step ahead of the game. She was always finding the perfect properties to meet our home buying needs.
