Seller reviewHe sold the house so quickly a few of the above questions were non applicable. The property went on Websites for about 2 hours before we had schedule our first viewer and the next day we had an offer. We accepted the offer and almost 30 days later we were closing. Can't ask for better then that! He was very accessible to us at anytime day or night if we had a question. That was a very important need we had. We also realize it was a two way street and we also tried to be accessible to him on any question he needed answer. Belinda Lunn was there with him all the way. She was an excellent assistant to Oleg and was a great go between for us all. He done his research and he knows the area.
