We chose Randy and her colleague Sue Senks because they had an excellent knowledge of the area and the local conditions. However they also had valuable suggestions on preparing the house for sale since it had been over a decade since it had been on the market. They both were extremely easy to work with and we greatly appreciate the effort they put into getting a fair price on the house in a timely manner. Everything went smoothly in an extremely timely manner As I mentioned before, Randy and Sue are an unbeatable team--Excellent work! My family is grateful for the effort that Randy and Sue put into to helping us sell our house.
