Buyer reviewPam Mason showed me houses that were within my price range. I liked this because other realtors have went above the price range claiming you won't find what you want in your price range. I paid less than what I expected for my home due to the previous owners neglect on minor issues that they chose not to deal with anymore. After digging up the wasp nest in the backyard, applying weed n feed, and attaching downspouts as well as a few minor inside things, this house is in excellent condition in a great neighborhood.

Buyer reviewPam was great! She worked with me to find the perfect home that met all of my requirements. We saw a lot of houses before I found mine. Pam searched diligently to find homes that met my criteria. Whenever I found one I was interested in, I would ask her about it. She would then check into it and give me her opinion. Sometimes she would say no, that house will not work for you, other times she would say looks good, let's go check it out! I think I may have run her ragged at times. Pam stuck in there with me though and once we found the home she helped me negotiate with the sellers and even pointed out things I should ask for that I did not even think of. I am very happy with Pam Mason and appreciate all of her efforts. I would definately recommend her to family & friends. Thank you so much Pam! :O)
