Personal Profile
My name is Pam Miller, and I've been married to my wonderful husband, Don, since 2011. We retired from our jobs in the Rochester, New York area in 2014 and bought our home in Citrus County through an online auction. Little did we know about the huge risk we took buying an occupied property sight unseen! The fates were with us placing us in Inverness with a house that we were able to bring back from ruin to make into our own beautiful home.
After fixing up our new Florida home, we were able to purchase two other houses at auction (unoccupied and viewing them first) and refurbish them into lovely homes. This interest in buying and selling houses spurred me to study for my Florida Real Estate license. I passed my Real Estate exam and was immediately signed on with Century 21 / JW Morton.
I am so happy here at Century 21 / JW Morton helping others find their own dream homes! Searching for just the right property to fit a family's needs is a challenge that I look forward to daily. Also helping home owners prepare their houses to put on the market is another piece of the puzzle that brings me great pleasure. Seller reviewPam was well versed in the area my house was located. She showed me the comps and advised me how to improve my house to impress prospective buyers. She kept me posted on showings and what the prospective buyers liked and disliked about my house. Although it took a bit longer than I had hoped, when it did sell Pam made sure that contracts were executed in a most timely manner. Couldn't be more pleased with Pam. She never rushed me with decisions, or pushed me to change things. Her suggestions were most helpful and much appreciated. I only dealt with Pam, and as I have said, her service was excellent. In my opinion Pam went above and beyond in helping me sell my house.. thank you very much Pam, for everything you did .
