Seller reviewOnce again, extremely satisfied with the relationship created through the sale of our house. Great job Pam!! If you're not dedicated to do what you need to sell your house then Pam is not your agent because she IS dedicated to do what's necessary and works as a valuable teammate to help accomplish the goal of selling your house

Buyer reviewPam was excellent at keeping us informed of every step along the way. She was always available when we had an inspection, and was very helpful for the closing process. Pam was super easy to work with. She truly cares about her clients and it shows! She was honest about the fact that she hadn't sold a home in the area we were purchasing in, but she reached out to a more experienced agent, and demonstrated her desire to gain the necessary skills to work within this very unusual and restrictive buying process so she would be prepared for any future sales in that neighborhood. She sent updates to keep us informed of whether we needed to provide any other information, and let us know as soon as she received any information from the seller--many times she was still working on this deal late into the evening. She is very hard working and dedicated to her customers. I highly recommend her as a buyer's agent!!

Buyer reviewPam went above and beyond on several occasions. The sellers and their agent was a nightmare to work with. They would not return calls and lied to us in several occasions. Pam remained calm and professional thru the entire process and got us the home we wanted.

Seller reviewPam truly worked night and day to make this sale happen. There were plenty of set backs but she never gave up!!! Pam never gave up, even when things became challenging with the other realtor, for the buyers. To me, she took a lot of abuse and was disrespected at times, but Pam pressed on and made this happen!! Even in the most discouraging of times because of the buyers realtor and things that held up this sale, Pam stayed so positive and was so determined to make this happen. I am truly grateful for the hard work and time put in on this sale. She would go home at night and still continue to work on things. There wasn't anything she wasn't willing to do, to make this happen. I am more than grateful for Pam's professionalism and the undivided attention she gave my case, although she had other cases she was working on.
