Seller reviewPam was by far the best agent I've ever worked with. She's proactive, timely and handled any issues that arose with class and efficiency. She was a pleasure to work with and very cheerful to be around! She made my experience selling my house very positive, even through the push-backs that came up from the buyer. Pam is about as top notch as you can get in the real estate world. Her performance was incredible in selling my house and I would absolutely recommend her to others. She has amazing work ethic, I felt like I could trust her, and she's just a vey friendly and respectful person to be around. I was also very impressed with her respect towards the buyer and their realtor, even in high stress situations, and she handled everything with a very approachable and classy attitude. I appreciate her time and efforts so much! I am very thankful to have had Pam on my side during the tedious process of selling my house. She made the experience very positive, smooth and enjoyable. Most importantly, her extensive knowledge of real estate and the area, and recognizing a great buyer for the sale was critical to my success. I reside in a different state, and Pam made herself AVAILABLE any time day or night, and was responsive to all of my needs. Pam was my on-site person, took great care with the property, recommended and arranged service people quickly who were trustworthy and honorable, enabling completion of repairs in a very short time period. My escrow closed early in under 30 days, with ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEMS. I can't say enough about Pam Harmon, she was just excellent. And she did do everything for me, as I could not be physically in any way on the property. You can't go wrong with Pam Harmon! I owe her a great debt of gratitude for all her guidance and help!

Buyer reviewAs soon as I meet her I had a sense of complete trust and communication. She listened to all my needs ad stuck with me for 2 years till we found the perfect house. For the first year I couldn't qualify for a loan and she still stayed in touch and kept me updated on things on the market. When I finally got qualified, Pam went into ninja mode. She scheduled up to 4 house showings a day. On the third day I was in escrow. She is a very kind, caring, and knowledgeable person. She was very well liked by the seller also. When I went with inspector to the house the seller said "where's Pam?''. My daughter is in mortgage and where my lender is. She was looking over my paperwork that Pam summited and she told me "your agent is really looking out for you" I thought that was nice that people in her business also think highly of her. I feel I have a friend also. She will be the only agent I will ever use if needed in future
