Buyer reviewWe first contacted Pam Harmon about a property she had for sale. The property Pam had listed was already sold with backup offers in place. Pam expressed she was up for the task in helping us find another property that fit our needs and wants. Pam was extremely knowledgable and helpful in this regard and all others throughout the real estate transaction. Regardless of her busy schedule Pam jumped on any property we thought would work. Buyer reviewPam worked with us for 7 months sending us listings on what we were looking for. This helped tremendously in that we were not looking at properties that did not fit. Pam was really great to work with. We live in Seattle so coordinating with us when we were over in the area was huge. She was so in tune with what we were looking for that we only visited 3 places. When we saw the property we ended up buying it did not take long to make a descision.

I worked with her for 6 months looking but over a year on speaking with her until my home in NC sold. She was prompt when she said she would reach out she would, very reliable. She's personable yet professional, real home friend professional feel. Not anything bad to say about Pam. She knows her stuff and works hard for you. Buyer reviewPam was excellent to work with. She gave regular emails of new listings on the market and also told us where to look. Once we found our home and an inspection was done she was able to get the electric problems fixed before purchase. I would definitely recommend her.
