As an out-of town prospective buyer, I did an extensive online search of realtors in the Coeur d'Alene area, and I "interviewed" several of them over the phone. Moreover, she went above and beyond on countless occasions. When we decided to buy new construction, she went to the house weekly and we used FaceTime so she could give us updates. She made sure my wife and I were comfortable every step of the way. In short, Pam was fabulous: responsive, empathetic, patient, and exceptionally professional and ethical. House buying is stressful, and she demonstrated patience and understanding throughout the process, including on several occasions when I required all the patience and understanding she could muster! I feel strongly that Pam helped us to make the best decision for us and our wants/needs. After the process was complete, she met my wife and me for coffee and gave us many more helpful tidbits of information about the area. Pam Harmon is an outstanding realtor in every way imaginable.
