Seller reviewWe had a tough time selling our home due to the backyard hill. We had it sold once and then a pullout a week before closing, had to go back on the market and start over and finally sold for good the second time. While that was going on we had to work with a tough FSBO on the purchase of our new home. Pam probably should have given up on us with the amount of extra work and time put into to us but she did not. She actually cared about getting us out of the home we didn't care for and into our dream home. She made a nightmare of a scenario very do-able for us and was a pleasure to work with!

Adding to the complexity, I live out of state, and wanted to prevent having to come to Warrenton to prepare the house for sale. Pam worked diligently to make it all possible. Her superior knowledge of the area and the market made the process a breeze. She was persistent and followed up with every detail and the whole process was made simple for me, even from afar. I would recomment Pam to anyone!
