Buyer reviewPam Seago-Peterlin was fabulous in finding our forever home. Was available whenever we had a question or concern. Handled any issue that arose and kept us informed. Would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a house. We were in our last home 42 years, so much has changed in the way things are done on line now, Pam helped us get through all the paperwork. Pam got us a great price and worked with owner in getting the repairs done in a timely matter, including a new roof. She was there at closing giving us moral support! Worked with Nancy Seago on our mortgage. She was also fantastic and got us a great rate. She was there to help with all the paperwork required and even came to the office and printed everything for us as I am not up on all the technology. She always had an encouraging word. We could not be happier with all the help we had from Pam and Nancy in getting our new home, and how easy they made it for us!
