Buyer reviewPamm Seago-Peterlin came highly recommended from others who had positive experiences with her as both buyers and sellers. Once I worked with her I could clearly see why. Her attention to detail, professionalism and connections in the marketplace were invaluable as the process moved along. Pamm provided incredible recommendations throughout the process (which were much appreciated as this was my first home purchase), however she understood and appreciated that any decision was ultimately mine to make. I never felt any pressure or expectation to act or make a decision. I have a fairly demanding job and Pamm was very accommodating to my schedule. Because of her abilities I was able to negotiate with a seller in a multiple offer scenario even though my initial offer was not the highest. Not everyone could have made that happen, but Pamm did. I highly recommend Pamm Seago-Peterlin to anyone looking to buy a home.

Seller reviewEveryone is friendly and very helpful, even when asked to do a comp or information that aswers questions that may not be for a listing at least at this time. Professional, but down to earth Helpful Always available and ready to answer questions or meet my needs. Doesn't try to overprice a property to gain the listing. Pamm has become like family as I have bought property from her, and she has sold several properties for me in the past five years

Buyer reviewI my self am a Sr Underwriter for a major bank for almost 17 years and I deal with a lot of realtors. Great ones like Pamm are Very very few and far in between. She has the overall knowledge and experience to make the process painless for very experienced clients like myself and would be an immense asset to any buyer or seller. Pamm is always available; responded to email or phone calls within about 20 minuets (if she didn't answer); she has a deep relationship with other professionals (inspectors / brokers/ and title) which makes the whole process seamless. A home purchase is one of the single most important decisions most people will make in their life time and usually the most expensive. Thant said Pamm is the only broker in town I personally and professionally trust to handle that transaction correctly and ensure the best outcome for her client.
