My name is Pat Davis. I am a long time resident of Inverness/Citrus County. I am married and have 3 adult children one of which also a Realtor with me here at Century 21. I am committed to my clients and work hard to achieve result for them. As the market and my clients needs are always changing I take every advantage to keep myself aware of market conditions to insure my clients, whether selling or buying an advantageous position in our marketplace. I have been a full time Realtor in Inverness/Citrus County area for over 20 years. Prior to beginning my career in Real Estate I was in banking and prior to that in new home sales/construction. My entire career has been real estate based enabling me to be well versed in all phases.
