Seller reviewI can't even express how grateful I was to have Pat Bischof as my realtor. I felt comfortable with her the moment we met. I often told her she was "sent to me". Her knowledge of marketing, sales, etc were exceptional, she's familiar with the area and the price of homes. Pat went above and beyond the call of duty and for this I will be forever grateful. Her professionalism is unquestionable. I don't think I could have gone through this as well without Pat by my side.

Buyer reviewOn August 25 I worked with Pat on a duplex in Plymouth. I told her, "I was wasting her time". She drove from Troy anyway, and sure enough I wasted her time. The duplex was not what I wanted. 3 days later a Duplex in a different area came available and I asked her to see it and told her I was bringing my checkbook (very serious). We made a full price cash offer and were outbid. A lot of work for Pat and she could have looked at this as another waste of time. She took it upon herself to find another duplex in my price range and area. She sent letters to all the duplex owners in the a particular sub (an area I already own 4 buildings). One owner called her back. He later told me that he received hundreds of this type of letter and the reason he choose hers is that it was so personable and well written. We made an offer and after negotiations came to a deal. She was very professional and organized. The closing took 20 minutes. I would use her again (still love Greg) and would recommend her to anyone!

Seller reviewPat Bischof took care of everything. She is prompt, very friendly, yet professional. She is patient, and kind, Never pushy or over baring. Her goal is to always satisfy her buyer/seller I have recommended her to others because she knows real estate inside and out, and is a pleasure to work with. If a prospective buyer/ seller wishes to make their experience less stressful. I would highly recommend Pat Bischof. She truly does all the leg work and problem solving for you. She remains calm and collected, even if a problem pops up. She assures you she will handle it, and she does! Pat had a plan in mind for the sale of our Fernleigh home even before we called to tell her we were ready. She talked it over with us in length to make sure we understood all aspects of her intention. We agreed with her right away. The sale was quick and easy because Pat had a great plan from the start.
